Charter Court Financial Services Relocation
Project details
Organisation - Charter Court Financial Services
Sector - Private
Location - Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Project scope
The overall move project ran from September 2018 through to completion in March 2019 and was completed over eight separate out-of-hours phases.
Charter Court Financial Services Group plc (CCFS) is a financial services company in Wolverhampton who provide retail savings products, specialist mortgage products, mortgage administration services, and credit analysis.
Charter Court operates via three separate specialist brands:
-
Charter Savings Bank for retail savings
-
Precise Mortgages for specialist mortgages
-
Exact Mortgage Experts for credit analysis and servicing of existing mortgage portfolios
The company, which was founded with 28 employees in one building on the Broadlands site in 2008, now occupies four offices at the business park and has grown its headcount to nearly 650 with its new state-of-the-art three-storey office building, which accommodates approximately 250 people.
The relocation involved the reorganisation of staff and departments across their four buildings to include the transfer of 250 staff to their new build and the restacking of staff in their existing three buildings during an intensive refurbishment program.
The Challenges
Each move phase underwent stringent pre-move planning to include a series of planning meetings with their dedicated Move Manager and Move Supervisor to ensure a clear understanding of the refurbishment program and timescales.
In total, 600 staff were relocated, along with furniture, packing crates, and IT with a full decommission and recommission service by our IT Services team.
We also provided furniture recycling producing fully audited reports with IT/electrical WEEE recycling, and on-site data destruction of hard drives and media material.
We were delighted to be chosen as their approved supplier, and look forward to providing ongoing assistance for years to come
