I wanted to formally thank your colleagues below for the incredible service they gave to the NWROCU in November. They were on time and extremely efficient and effective. They were incredibly friendly, polite and considerate, checking with staff where items should be placed. They were so careful, navigating around brand-new furniture and when handling fragile items and highly organised.

The NWROCU staff feedback was ‘ they were brilliant,’ and I have to agree with them. They were really impressive.  

So thanks to Simon, Pete, Ellis  and George and many thanks for your assistance in coordinating the service.

BCL Moving provided a great service to us when we moved offices, as a small charity we don’t have a lot of slack or free time to pack, so their additional packing service was invaluable. It has been an interesting nine days! so much to sort out and Monday 2nd I think we all wanted to run as it seemed a daunting task!!

But the lads were excellent and just stuck at it with their usual good humour despite the horrible weather and torrential rain this week. So special thanks to Simon, Pete, Richard and the three lads.

Hi, Piers 

Just wanted to let you and the bosses at BCL know that George, Dave, Mike and the boys were absolutely top class this week.

They put in a proper shift for us.  Nothing was ever too much of an ask for them.  They sorted loads of little jobs out in-between all the massive ones.  They were great with the staff too.

This was a potentially awkward move with it being to and from live sites, with another company doing the desks but they really smashed it and made the move go very smoothly.

Honestly couldn't have gone better.

Can I just say how fantastic George and Steve have been sorting out the moves etc from the main building and the removal of the furniture off site.

Lot of stuff to shift, no lift and dealing with the demands of staff as well in hot weather – stars the pair of them!!!!
